Overview

Community Psychiatric Nurse role for Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. To support individuals referred to secondary mental health services for assessment or ongoing care. To demonstrate the Trust values of inspiring hope, working together, to be caring and compassionate, to value and respect others/ourselves and to be open and honest. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse you will demonstrate and live the NMC values as identified in the relevant Code of Practice.

Responsibilities

Your post will include working with individuals using evidence-based interventions to promote their independence and recovery whilst maintaining high quality clinical documentation. This includes respecting individuality, values, cultures and religious diversity of clients and colleagues and thus contributing to the provision of a service sensitive to these needs.
