Overview

Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Shrewsbury (NHS Community Mental Health Team)

Contract Type: Temporary Agency | Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: Umbrella £26/hour; PAYE £20.93/hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health care to service users in the community.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans.
  • Act as a care coordinator for a defined caseload.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.
