Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standards.
  2. Support the pharmacy and team in achieving key targets.
  3. Lead, train, support, and develop colleagues.
  4. Use planning systems to ensure pharmacy staffing meets customer needs.
  5. Oversee procurement and supply of medicines.
  6. Develop strong relationships with customers, GPs, and other health professionals.

The Successful Applicant

You will need:

  1. MPharm degree or equivalent.
  2. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  3. Valid DBS.
  4. Ability to manage and lead a high-performing team.
