• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality holistic care as part of the district nursing service.
• Assume responsibility for assessment and care evaluation.
• Supervise the team in the absence of the District Nursing Team Leader when required.
