Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment of new patients at least weekly.
• Manage follow-up appointments and CPA reviews effectively.
• Attend weekly team meetings with CMHT.
• Participate actively in CPA meetings.
• Conduct home visits as required.
• Provide emergency assessments for duty roster.
• Engage in Section 12 work for team-assigned patients.
• Offer advice to other team members and address new patient queries.
• Perform clinical administration related to MHA work.
