About The Role

Acting as the connective force between brand, community and cultural influence, this role transforms our brand narrative into real‑world momentum through meaningful relationships and high‑impact advocacy, driving visibility, desirability and loyalty through press, creators, cultural connectors and VIP channels. This is a hands‑on, executional role responsible for delivering excellence across all community touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Manage and grow relationships across our key opinion leader network.
  • Own all day‑to‑day community interaction across channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, PR inbox and inbound enquiries.
  • Launch and run our WhatsApp community: weekly content, early product previews, priority customer support, founder updates, exclusive access moments.
  • Support personalised communication to top customers to deepen loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate VIP perks and invites to showroom, activations or cultural events.

Organic & Paid Partnerships

  • Lead our organic and paid gifting workflow from outreach to delivery.
  • Build targeted gifting lists across cultural networks, visibility KOLs, stylists and press.
  • Track all gifted product, captured content, impact and ROI indicators.
  • Brief & manage paid creators during key storytelling moments.
  • Coordinate content approvals, posting timelines and campaign deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tastemakers and storytellers.

Campaign Coordination

  • Build and manage relationships with press, editors, stylists, talent managers and PR gatekeepers.
  • Drive opportunities for brand coverage, product placement, stylist pulls and VIP celebrity dressing.
  • Maintain PR calendars, press lists, and coverage trackers.
  • Coordinate editor gifting and strategic seedings.
  • Oversee press requests, samples, and product loans, maintaining an organised and efficient process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in PR, community management, influencer marketing and / or advocacy roles.
  • Strong network or ability to build networks across KOLs, press, stylists and cultural circles.
  • Exceptional communicator: personable, responsive, tactful and relationship‑driven.
  • Highly organised with strong operational follow‑through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across gifting, PR, and community channels.
  • Strong understanding of social, cultural and creator ecosystems. Experience running or moderating communities (WhatsApp, Discord, private IG) is a major plus.
