A prominent charity organization in Edinburgh is seeking a Community Living Assistant to support adults with complex disabilities in achieving their goals. This role involves providing hands-on assistance, facilitating engaging activities, and working collaboratively with a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess empathy and patience and will be keen to help others thrive in a nurturing environment. A generous salary, funded SVQ qualification, and a supportive work culture are offered, along with 32 days of annual leave that increases with service.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm (occasional evenings and weekends). Location: Riccarton Hub, Research Avenue North, Edinburgh, EH14 4AP. Salary: £19,708.92 FTE (£12.60/hour). Hours per week: 30.
