We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistant, who is reliable and flexible to join our Yeovil District Nursing team. Main duties of the job

You will support and assist Registered Community Nurses as a member of the nursing team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.
