Community Fundraising Opportunities Become a Box Coordinator or Collection Host

We're currently recruiting for 2 vital volunteer opportunities that sit within our Community Fundraising programme:

  • Collection Box Coordinator

  • Collection Host

Both roles contribute to our mission in unique ways and while they share the same overarching purpose they offer different experiences and responsibilities.

Availability: 3 hours per month – flexible to suit.

Collection Box Coordinator
  • Distribute and collect collection tins or daffodil boxes
  • Monitor and empty donation boxes regularly
  • Count and bank donations securely
  • Identify new venues
Collection Host
  • Manage the setup of collection stations and make sure all materials are in place
  • Provide volunteers with support on collection days
  • Count and bank donations securely
  • Complete standard paperwork
  • Thank supporters
  • Build relationships with venues and support in securing future collections
