A leading mental health service provider in the UK is looking for a Community Forensic Practitioner to join their team. This Band 5 role comes with a pathway to development into a Band 6 position within 12 months. The successful applicant will provide specialist assessments and treatments to individuals with mental health disorders in the community. A £3000 new hire bonus is also available. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience at Band 5 in a mental health setting.
• Evidence of post-qualification study.
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act related to forensic mental health.

Responsibilities

• Care-coordinate a caseload of patients within the community setting.
• Administer prescribed medication in a community setting.
• Conduct mental health assessments in diverse settings.
