An essential healthcare provider in Romford is seeking a skilled Community Falls Physiotherapist to join their BHR Falls Team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join the BHR Falls Team as Falls Physiotherapist B6
BHR Falls team provides multidisciplinary care to patients across the Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge.
The service aims to assess and treat frail patients in their own homes and clinics and avoid unnecessary hospital admission.
The therapist will be supported with continuing professional development and training to competently assess holistically and order equipment necessary to keep a patient safe at home, enabling them to complete activities of daily living.
The role requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team, carrying out current evidence-based therapy techniques, providing thorough assessments, and engaging with other MDT members internally and externally.
Support will be provided to apply to professional development training, such as NMP and advanced care practitioner courses.
The successful candidate will need to have a UK valid driving license and have a car.

NELFT places great importance on new starters being properly welcomed into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, including mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will also have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend several drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,714 to a maximum of £5,941 p.a. pro rata for part time).
