Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a creative, energetic, and people-focused Community Engagement Coordinator to take the lead on employee engagement and community outreach at our ASOS, Barnsley site. If you love planning events, building relationships, and making work a place people love to be, this is your moment.

This is a full-time, permanent position - shifts can be agreed with the individual, but we are a 24-hour operation, and you must be flexible to working early mornings and evenings when required.

Pay, benefits and more

We\'re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,500 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you\'ll do on a typical day
  • Lead and deliver all on-site engagement activities, events, and celebrations
  • Build strong partnerships with local schools, charities, and community groups
  • Manage internal communications including TV content, colleague app, and noticeboards
  • Chair Engagement Champion meetings and drive participation across the site
  • Design creative marketing materials to promote events and initiatives
  • Own the on-site recognition scheme and long service awards
