Join their dedicated team as a Chemotherapy Nurse, where you will deliver high-quality, holistic care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient's care plan, while maintaining professional standards.
- Be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care, offering quality nursing tailored to the patients' needs.
- Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol.
- Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge, address any gaps in clinical competency, and stay compliant with all business policies and procedures.

Key Skills Required
- Registered general nurse
- Qualified in administering cytotoxic drugs
- Cannulate and have experience undertaking clinical assessments
