Overview

We are currently recruiting for a number of Community Care Workers in the Tonbridge and Maidstone areas. These roles will be in the community and we have both days and waking nights available. The role is to ensure that the needs of elderly people in their own homes receive the care and compassion they deserve with staff who truly care about their wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritise clients' safety and well-being throughout your shifts.
  • Build supportive relationships
  • Provide personalised care according to each client's Care & Wellbeing Plan.
  • Honour clients' choices, preferences, and interests, keeping their happiness and well-being at the heart of everything
  • Encourage and assist clients in maintaining independence, supporting them to take on daily tasks with confidence.
  • Follow company policies and best practices, including time commitments, dress code, and identity badge requirements.
Qualifications
  • A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle (bicycles are also acceptable).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • No prior care experience needed—just a genuine passion for helping others.
  • All candidates will undergo a fully enhanced DBS check.
