Overview

The post holder will form part of a small team which will manage and oversee all aspects of the Charity's communication function and strategy. The role includes general communications duties as part of the team that will encompass external and digital communications as well as specific responsibilities for media liaison and management, promoting healthcare services, influencing behaviour and developing and implementing public awareness, charity impact and fundraising campaigns. The post holder will implement a digital communications strategy for developing the charity's digital communications capability in order to follow the charity's strategic direction and meet stakeholder needs.

The post holder will be required to develop and maintain excellent relationships with the charity's stakeholders and will need highly developed negotiating and influencing skills in order to ensure high performance with limited resources.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
