Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Communications and Marketing Assistant to join our team of media, public relations, marketing, and campaigns professionals. The successful candidate will work with the Communications and Marketing team to support the NHSBSA's business strategy, delivering targeted communications across the organisation. The role involves contributing to media, public relations (PR) activity, and creating content for internal and external newsletters, supporting Marketing and Events Officers at conferences and exhibitions, sourcing content across the business for corporate internal communications channels, and performing a range of administrative and support tasks. The content will be used across a variety of channels to support service and organisational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of targeted communications across the organisation.
  • Contribute to media and PR activity and ensure channels provide timely, accurate information.
  • Collaborate with Media and Campaigns Officers on content and format for internal and external newsletters.
  • Support Marketing and Events Officers at conferences and exhibitions.
  • Sourcing content across the business for corporate internal communications channels.
  • Perform a range of administrative and support tasks.
Qualifications

The post holder will ideally have experience and training in media and PR, and will have excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills, enjoy creative, challenging work and be able to progress multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
