• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP, ideally within a Carvery business.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and create dishes for the pub menu.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations.
• Complete the Chef Development Programme aiming for Sous Chef.
