A community-focused pub in Lingfield is seeking a Commis Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing quality fresh food and be part of a dynamic kitchen environment. The Red Barn is an idyllic 16th-century barn, with a very good reputation for fresh food, weddings and other functions. With plenty of parking and 3 separate outdoor areas the pub is a big attraction for everything from family celebrations to date nights, corporate meetings to weddings we can accommodate it all in the beautiful setting that is the Red Barn.
The pub is the heart of the community and we want to expand the team that we have to grow the business further.
We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome.
