Job description
Responsibilities

The focus of this post is the production of good food for patient and visitor catering services to all customers, within the hospital, adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations at all times.

Working as part of a team on a 5 days over 7 days’ rota you will deliver a quality patient and visitor focused service.

Qualifications
  • Applicants must have knowledge of NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, all of which will be monitored by the Team Leaders.
  • Applicants must be able to evidence that they have recent food production experience in a similar large scale food service environment.
  • Applicants must have relevant qualifications to706/1 or equivalent and also must have an up to date Food Hygiene Certificate.
