Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000

Overview

Our client, a well-established consultancy in Manchester, is seeking a valuations surveyor to join a committed, busy team led by a dedicated director. The team covers the Northwest region and works closely with colleagues in a collaborative and energetic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver valuation instructions with independence and precision, producing high-quality reports for Director review.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, take ownership of your work, and contribute to the team\'s profitability and strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the development of the North West Valuation business and engage with the wider business network to uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • RICS and ideally RICS Registered Valuer
  • Training available for the right candidate
  • Excellent report writing and data management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ideally KEL/Argus Developer
