  • Experience in Commercial telesales and administration is desirable.

  • Telephone communication with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Liaise with Supervisor/Pricing manager for pricing policy.
  • Assist Marketing Dept in promotional or general marketing activity.

Job description

The Nicholl Fuel Oils Group is the largest Independent Oil distributor in Northern Ireland with multiple offices and depots and retail sites throughout.

We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Telesales Administrator to join our busy sales team based in our Head Office, Greysteel.

Duties and Responsibilities: (not limited to)
  • Telephone communication with potential and existing customers, processing orders and recording and updating records and data.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure their requirements are being met.
  • Liaising with Supervisor/Pricing manager to ensure maintenance of pricing policy.
  • Liaising with other departments e.g. Business Development, dispatch, to ensure the commercial customers order needs are met.
  • General Administration e.g. Pricing, Invoicing, Stock, Filing, Post etc.
  • Assisting the Marketing Dept in any promotional or general marketing activity.
  • Any other duties as requested by Management
Experience, Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience in Commercial telesales and administration (Desirable)

Head Office, Greysteel

Hours

40 hours per week (30-minute lunch break unpaid)

Monday to Friday

Salary

Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
