Overview

Commercial Solicitor

A Commercial Solicitor is required by a Commercial and Corporate department of a South West based law firm within their Exeter office.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice to SME clients and national organisations across market sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters, and commercial contracts (sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions, and agency and distribution).
• Manage a workload involving business agreements, contracts, IT and IP, company sales and purchases, mergers, joint ventures, distribution and franchise agreements, company formation and financing.

Qualifications/Experience

• Strong experience in managing a caseload and providing a range of commercial legal services as described above.
