A Sales Manager/HVAC Manager/Commercial Manager will be required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative serving Southeast Florida is seeking a driven, energetic Sales Manager to lead and grow its commercial sales business.

The Sales Manager/HVAC Manager/Commercial Manager will have opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company that values its team, offers support, and rewards high performance.

An ideal Sales Manager/HVAC Manager/Commercial Manager will be required to have at least 3 years of experience managing in Commercial HVAC.

Package & Location:
$100,000 – $150,000 base salary + bonus and commission opportunities

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead local sales, promotional campaigns, and strategic initiatives
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives
  • Direct and manage all local and regional sales activities
  • Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve related expenditures
  • Track and analyze sales metrics; make data-driven adjustments
  • Address and resolve customer escalations and service issues
  • Set discount rates, pricing structures, and advise distributors on SOPs
  • Design and drive sales strategies to increase market penetration
  • Mentor and coach sales team members for performance and growth

Sales Manager Requirements:
