A respected Yorkshire firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established real estate team. If you're ready to take the next step in your career within a genuinely flexible and supportive environment, this could be a great fit.

The Role:
You’ll work closely with the Head of Department on a wide range of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions and disposals. From day one, you'll be client-facing, managing your own caseload with the autonomy to make decisions, while also having the chance to supervise an Assistant and build valuable leadership experience.

This is a hybrid role with flexible core hours, making it ideal if you're looking for more balance in your day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running your own caseload of commercial property work
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and other documents
  • Advising clients across a range of sectors
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters
  • Ensuring compliance and excellent standards of client care
