A highly regarded, award-winning national law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its expanding Nottingham team. From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a broad and high-quality real estate caseload, which can be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate. Responsibilities will include:
Handling a wide range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work
Acting for a diverse client base across multiple sectors
Managing matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
Working collaboratively within a large, well-resourced real estate team
Contributing to business development and client relationship management
Ensuring the highest standards of client care and technical excellence
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-10 years’ PQE, gained within a strong regional or City firm, although the position can be adapted depending on experience.
