We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Commercial Property Solicitor to join our reputable client in Liverpool, Merseyside. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic Commercial and Residential Property team, managing a diverse caseload that includes acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant disputes. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice to a range of clients such as landlords, tenants, property developers, and investors. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating property-related documents, conducting property due diligence, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and fostering strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment, managing multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Accredited Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE in commercial and residential property
  • Experience managing a broad range of property matters, including transactions, leases, and disputes
  • Proficiency in Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
  • Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of property law and relevant industry trends
  • Experience working with high-value or complex property transactions is desirable
  • Experience with CQS accreditation, Infotrack, or knowledge in planning, development, or property finance is preferred
