Job description

Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cambridgeshire, £Competitive (DOE) – Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge within a forward-thinking and highly respected Legal 500 firm? JOB REF: 0842.

THE ROLE:
• You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, working both independently and collaboratively across high-value transactions and projects.
• Your caseload will include commercial leases/occupiers, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, conditional sale agreements and site assembly and development, including ransom strips and sub-station leases
• Acting for landowners in sales to developers, including planning and construction considerations
• Property finance, including drafting and advising on debentures and charges

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained from a highly regarded Legal 500 practice
• Excellent technical knowledge and project management skills
• A strong understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
• A confident, professional and approachable manner
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded
• Motivated to achieve targets while delivering outstanding client service
• A team player with the ambition to grow and progress within the firm
