Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a forward‑thinking law firm in Glasgow to recruit a Senior Associate / Director to join their dynamic Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to lead on high‑value, complex transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.

Role
  • Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development projects, funding deals, and commercial leasing.
  • Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their development.
  • Contribute to departmental business meetings and marketing initiatives.
  • Promote and expand the firm's commercial property business, developing relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell services across the firm.
About You
  • Flexible – the firm is open to hearing from candidates across different levels of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in commercial property law, with a proven track record in complex transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
  • Ambitious, client‑focused, and commercially minded.
Working Hours & Benefits

Monday‑Friday (35 hours/week), with flexibility or part‑time arrangements considered. Permanent role based in Glasgow.

We also welcome referrals for this position. A successful recommendation would be worth £250.
