Overview

We are looking for a highly collaborative and resilient Commercial Procurement Manager to join Burberry's global Commercial Procurement team. In this role, you will partner with our Marketing function to deliver optimum commercial outcomes that directly impact Burberry's P&L. You will support strategic projects and day-to-day activities across Marketing categories, with a focus on Events, Production, and Client Engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver agreed financial objectives and value creation targets.
  • Support development and execution of category strategies in alignment with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and implement contracts, ensuring clear KPIs and SLAs.
  • Source new suppliers balancing value, risk, quality, and timing.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing teams.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance procurement processes and uphold Burberry values.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Marketing Procurement with strong commercial acumen.
  • Skilled in building and managing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
  • Resilient negotiator with ability to challenge constructively and maintain warmth.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • MCIPS qualification desirable.
