Commercial Plumbing Engineer

£42k-£47k Basic Salary (neg depending on experience) + Company Van & Fuel + Pension + Benefits

Location: Dartford / Bexley - Field Based

Alecto Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a Commercial Plumber and to join a leading and award‑winning client of ours within the Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing and Heating sector.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who lives local to the South East London / Kent area and with good access into London and within the M25. Therefore, areas such as Dartford, Bexley, Welling would suit well however we are flexible for the right person.

Job Role

• Working as a mobile plumbing engineer across commercial plumbing services including repairs, reactive maintenance, PPM, installations etc.
• Plant Room Maintenance work and working on associated plant room equipment.
• Maintenance on relevant heating systems, plumbing systems, pipework, valves, hot water systems etc.
• Working throughout commercial premises, for example Offices, Retail, Educational etc.
• Full‑time fully employed position.

Skills & Experience Required

• NVQ 2/3 Qualified Plumber or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber (installations, reactive repairs, and PPM) in non‑domestic environments
• Desired – experience working in plant rooms and across commercial premises
• Desired – G3 unvented ticket is preferred
• Full UK driving licence
