Overview

Experienced Commercial Plumber / Mechanical Engineer needed for mobile commercial maintenance across London and the M25 - £50K + overtime + van.

About the Role

We're looking for a mechanically-biased Commercial Plumbing Engineer to join a growing building services team working across Central London and the M25 area. You'll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial sites. This is a mobile role suited to someone confident working independently, using their initiative to diagnose and resolve issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out works following water risk assessments
  • Replace TMVs, valves, and main pump sets
  • Diagnose and repair FCUs and other mechanical systems
  • Perform system modifications and new installations
  • Ensure all plumbing and mechanical systems are operating efficiently
  • Liaise directly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain tools and equipment to a professional standard
What We're Looking For
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing/Heating
  • Full UK Driving Licence (max 3 points)
  • Unvented Hot Water Certificate required
  • Heat Pump qualification - desirable
  • Solid mechanical knowledge of heating systems and components
  • Minimum 3 years' commercial plumbing experience
  • Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks
