Reporting to the VP, Commercial Partnerships EMEA, we're seeking an accomplished Commercial Partnerships Manager, Europe with a track record of driving explosive revenue growth to join our Commercial team in Europe. Having a consultative approach, paired with strategic leadership and communication skills, will result in success in this position.

The successful candidate will have had experience in selling audience and measurement solutions, or other complex technical solutions, specifically in the AdTech industry. Experience in selling Data-as-a-Service products would be a bonus. They will also be comfortable with long sales cycles, negotiating large deal values, and managing multiple decision makers and stakeholders

This role will be responsible for managing Samba's portfolio of commercial partnerships across key European markets. This will entail strategic selling of Samba's entire product suite.

What you'll do:
  • Prospect and grow pipeline of Ad Networks (sales houses, publishers, streamers, sell-side Ad Tech) seeking to integrate linear and streaming TV data across Europe
  • Leverage Ad Tech expertise to sell data solutions for targeting, planning, and measurement into major advertising technology platforms using consultative selling approach
  • Architect and close large-scale deals by collaborating across Business Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to establish Samba as preferred audience/measurement provider
  • Drive pipeline through Salesforce, managing high-value opportunities via Samba Enterprise Sales Process while delivering compelling demos and pitches with product marketing
  • Build and expand relationships with mid-to-senior leadership in target accounts to drive year-over-year upsells and meet quarterly/annual revenue goals
  • Provide revenue forecasting through ongoing internal reporting and analysis, while tailoring communication to meet prospect needs and expectations
  • Shape product and sales strategy by suggesting process improvements, generating new product ideas, and bringing actionable client feedback to product management
  • Cross-functional collaboration to keep projects on track, resolve issues, and connect products with client success
Requirements
  • 6+ years in revenue-focused BD/Sales in advertising, data, measurement/analytics, or AdTech/MarTech with a proven track record selling into ad tech platforms.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic and digital landscape with the ability to sell data solutions for targeting, planning, and measurement to senior executives in team-sell formats
  • Proven ability to identify, navigate, and close solution sales deals, consistently surpassing revenue and profitability targets
  • Experience operating across multiple client disciplines (Brand, Media, Analytics, Product, Technology, Finance, Strategy) Good to have: German or French speaker with fluent English (Spanish or Italian a bonus); excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity, high energy, and the ability to champion new ideas while collaborating across multiple time zones
  • Familiar with negotiating detailed, complex multi-year contracts with hands-on experience developing multi-level strategic customer relationships that yield tangible business results
