Commercial Manager - Construction High End Fit Out

Up to £105,000 basic + Car Allowance, Healthcare, and Performance Incentive

Our client is a well-established contracting business operating within inner London. They have an excellent reputation for high standards on major commercial and residential developments across the town.

As part of their expansion, they are creating a new opening for a Commercial Manager.

Candidates are likely to be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with demonstrable experience working for a specialist sub-contractor in the high-end fit-out sector as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Commercial Management function. A minimum of five years' Quantity Surveying experience in the fast-moving subcontracting field, ideally in fit-out or related areas like natural stone, is required.

You should be highly ambitious, seeking recognition for your work and the autonomy to manage your projects effectively. Projects typically range from £20m to £100m, with multiple projects ongoing. You will manage an Estimator, Contract Administrator, and Project Surveyors, reporting directly to the board.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all commercial duties, both pre- and post-contract.

5. Establish a network with client QSs.
