Overview

Commercial Manager — Permanent | Warrington, Cheshire (hybrid) | £80K - £90K per annum + Car allowance (£540 per month) | 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with leadership to achieve business goals, shaping commercial strategies and building strong client relationships.
  • Leading on contract negotiations, change management, procurement collaboration, and JV input—ensuring fairness, clarity, and commercial success.
  • Advising project teams, supporting bids, mentoring emerging talent, and maintaining robust records and governance.
  • Liaising with insurers and finance to secure competitive terms and delivering insightful monthly reports.
  • Acting as a trusted commercial leader, guiding teams through every stage of project delivery to achieve positive outcomes and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Commercial expertise with insight or experience in the nuclear sector (a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively at all levels.
  • A customer-focused, solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong IT skills to support efficient, modern ways of working.
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification (Chartered status preferred).
