Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial pipeline and market intelligence
  • Proactively develop and manage sales portfolio
  • Negotiate commercial contracts
  • Oversee full sales cycle
  • Implement pricing policies in collaboration with the Business Manager
  • Build durable multi-channel customer engagement
  • Build partnerships with disposal and service providers
  • Coach and develop a team of 3-4 commercial professionals
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • KPIs: Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications
