Role Overview

This opportunity is with a leading specialist contractor in passive fire 30 years of technical excellence, compliance, and high-quality project delivery on complex UK schemes.

The Commercial Manager will oversee opportunities through the sales process and full project lifecycle, ensuring the commercial success of major projects. This includes developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-value projects with excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects from initiation to completion, including billing and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing accurate cost and margin analyses.
