Commercial Manager London RC Frame/Groundworks £120k

About the client

Our client is a leading specialist civils subcontractor who specialise in Groundworks, RC Frame and Infrastructure projects. They are renowned contractor with real industry expertise that have been in the London/Southeast market for a significant number of years. They have a turnover of circa £35m with projects up to a value of £8m.

Responsibilities

• You will be joining as a Commercial Manager that will be given the opportunity to implement and direct the commercial process for the business.
• You will be managing a team of surveyors ranging from Assistant up to Senior level.
• You will report directly into board level and be provided with all necessary tolls required.
• This role will involve you having necessary industry experience to hit the ground running.
• This is also an opportunity for a Senior QS that is keen to step up and progress their career.
• You will be afford responsibility to build a team around you also.

Requirements
