Job description

Exciting new Commercial Lawyer role working in the legal team of one of the top global financial advisors and asset managers, reporting directly into Head of Group Legal. The role is based in their London office and focuses on technology and outsourcing.

In this role, you will be reviewing and negotiating complex technology agreements as well as outsourcing arrangements and other commercial agreements like enterprise agreements, software licenses, cloud and SaaS contracts for the UK, France and USA. You will also review and comment on other supply agreements to support the business and provide legal support for legal and regulatory change projects.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3PQE from a top law firm or equivalent in‑house organisation.

Experience of financial services would be beneficial. The role offers excellent learning experience through a broad range of work and working in a small legal team. You need to be able to manage your work effectively and with great attention to detail.
