Overview

An ambitious Commercial Insurance professional is sought by a leading Insurance group who have a fantastic opportunity available to join them in their Winchester office as a Commercial New Business Executive, joining a successful yet warm and friendly team of other insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a wide range of commercial clients as a New Business Executive within a small team of 14.
• Drive new business acquisition for the business while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Meet regulatory frameworks, contribute to business development, and promote effective team collaboration.
• Represent the organisation with a self-motivated, hardworking approach to achieve business and individual targets.

Requirements / Qualifications

• At least 3 years plus commercial insurance experience, with experience dealing with new business.
• Great telephone manner and a passion for providing exceptional service to business customers.
• Attitude focused on achieving the best possible customer outcomes; motivated for a long-term career in the company’s training‑driven environment.

Location & Hours

Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Compensation & Travel

Salary on offer is £45-50k basic depending on experience, plus monthly car allowance. Some occasional travel will be required to the Wickham office for meetings.
