We're currently looking for local HVAC Service Technicians for ongoing commercial work in the Ripon area.

Job description:

• Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Lay out wires and pipes to complete HVAC systems
• Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Ensure all installations meet set standards
• Connect and secure loose wires properly
• Calibrate thermostats and other controls
• Check motors and belts; perform lubrication duties
• Replace filters and worn-out parts
• Repair motors and service steam and hot water boilers
• Maintain proper chemical compositions in equipment
• Handle conduit running for HVAC equipment
• Order supplies and equipment as needed for maintenance or installation
• Ensure availability of all items for HVAC projects
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Replace faulty or expired parts
• Fabricate parts if unavailable
• Assess need for HVAC system upgrades and take necessary actions

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of commercial field experience required
