• Handle plumbing tasks and small general fabric repairs.

Commercial Gas Engineer (Mobile) - Cornwall

£40,000 - £41,000 van (private use), fuel card and overtime

Cornwall

Our client is an established Facilities Maintenance client and is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team in Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is looking for a 40 hour week with a great benefits package. The work will only be in Cornwall and not any further.

Responsibilities

• Carry out HVAC, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M&E repairs and able to carry out minor projects/installations for specific trade associated systems
• Plumbing tasks, basic repairs, water heater repairs etc.
• Small General fabric repairs

Requirements

• Full driving license and the ability to get a DBS
• ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements
• Oil OFTEC servicing
