The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title : Commercial Finance Manager

Location : Rugeley, Staffordshire, UK (Hybrid)

Contract : Permanent

Premier Nutrition is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to become an integral Finance Manager. In this role, you will be at the core of improving our business growth by building solid relationships with key stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain & Procurement teams, providing support and insight into financial and operations performance.
  • Develop and automate Supply Chain Reporting
  • Combine financial, non-financial, and operational metrics to identify and deliver improvement to business financial performance.
  • Use analytical tools and data to support decision-making.
  • Challenge and identify improved waste management supporting the zero-loss culture.
  • Complete month-end duties as appropriate
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Support Continuous Improvement teams, specifically linked to the profit improvement plan, preparing financials, KPI’s and tracking progress.
  • Prepare procurement cover reports, identifying risks and opportunities linked with pricing / buying.
  • Keep sustainability and environmental impacts at the forefront of business decisions aligned with our plant protection strategy.
