Job description

An exciting commercially focused Finance Manager position is now available for a bright and inquisitive business partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a billion-pound turnover international consumer brand based in London (with flexible hybrid working - 2 days required in the office).

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will report directly to the leadership group and be tasked with a broad and dynamic remit, where no two roles are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Playing a key role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and relevant analysis for a main division.
2. Developing financial models to support commercial decision-making as required.
3. Conducting in-depth financial analysis related to sales, products, margins, etc.
4. Evaluating the impact of new financial initiatives.
5. Business partnering across critical non-finance divisions.
6. Highlighting commercial risks and opportunities as needed.
7. Supporting ad hoc commercial and strategic projects based on business needs.

This role is suited to bright, passionate, qualified finance professionals with several years of commercially focused finance experience (likely 1-3 years PQE, but not limited to).

A background in retail, e-commerce, consumer, or digital sectors is essential.
