A leading organization in agri-services is seeking a Commercial Director to take ownership of the commercial function. The role involves developing a long-term growth strategy and leading a high-performance team. Candidates should have proven experience in commercial leadership within agriculture and excellent customer relationship skills. The position requires a minimum of three days in the office and offers a competitive salary of £75,000 plus a 25% annual performance bonus and additional benefits.
The Job: You will take ownership of the full commercial function and be accountable for delivering long‑term growth targets. This senior, hands‑on role requires the development and execution of a rolling 5‑year commercial plan, driving new business, market expansion and customer penetration across all product and service lines. You will lead the commercial team, set clear KPIs and build a high‑performance culture while acting as a visible, customer‑facing commercial leader. This is a national role with office presence required (5 days per week unless visiting customers). Office commutable from North Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and South Lincolnshire.
