A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer (Marketing) to support vendor transactions in their Legal Marketing Team. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on legal risks, and collaborating with marketing teams. Candidates should be UK or European qualified lawyers with strong negotiation and communication skills, and a passion for innovative business support.

As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer (Marketing) – Assistant Vice President in the Legal Marketing Team, you will support marketing vendor transactions. This includes negotiating agreements related to marketing services, affiliate marketing, marketing technology, platforms, sponsorship, influencers and talent. You will partner closely with the marketing team, helping to deliver strategic projects and guide the business through legal and commercial challenges.
