This is a role for a commercially minded Building Surveyor who wants more influence in their career development and the opportunity to shape their professional path.

We’re working with a small but growing consultancy based in Cirencester, focusing solely on commercial property. They are expanding, acquiring new clients, and seek someone who can contribute to this momentum—not just by delivering work but by helping define the processes and strategies moving forward.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, perhaps from a larger firm, and now seeks more autonomy, variety, and less bureaucracy.

The responsibilities include:

• Technical due diligence
• Contract administration
• Dilaps (both sides)
• Planned maintenance
• Reinstatement cost assessments
