Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in the West Midlands, which is seeking a skilled Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy Property and Contracts department on a part‑time basis.

Role: Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor
Umbrella Rate: £50–£55 per hour
PAYE Inc Rate: £44.10 – £48.44ph
Hours: 25–30 per week (4 days)
Contract Length: 4–6 months
Location: West Midlands – Fully Remote / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing your own diverse caseload of commercial and residential property matters.
  • Handling lease renewals, title queries, auction sales, and Land Registry matters.
  • Transfer of parts on large development sites.
  • Providing advice on statutory residential property matters, including Council charges.
Requirements
  • Have 3+ years of PQE in commercial and residential property law as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial property, particularly within Local Authorities.
  • Willingness to pick up matters outside your immediate area of expertise.
