We are recruiting for a Demand Planner to join a well-established, multi-channel retail business based in Brighton, Sussex. This is a high-impact Demand Planner role with a strong analytical focus, supporting retail stores, e-commerce, and third-party concession sales across the UK and international markets.
This position suits a Demand Planner, Forecasting Analyst, or Commercial Analyst who enjoys working with large retail data sets and turning sales data into commercial insight. While forecasting remains part of the role, new systems are being implemented to automate elements of forecasting, making strong analytical capability essential.
As a Demand Planner, you will analyse retail, e-commerce and third-party sales data, supporting decision making across supply chain, commercial, finance and marketing teams. You will play a key role in improving forecast accuracy, supporting S&OP, and driving insight across an omni-channel retail environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Demand Planner or Analyst with 2 plus years’ experience in retail, beauty, FMCG, fashion or wellness to step into a commercially visible role within a growing retailer.
This role would suit candidates from retail and consumer brands such as fashion, beauty, wellness or FMCG businesses, including those with experience in multi-store retail, e-commerce or international sales environments.
