Overview

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for supporting commercial operations? We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in driving efficiency and excellence across our procurement and commercial functions.

Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders using SAGE & Eque2
  • Collate subcontractor monthly applications
  • Maintain and format departmental folders and spreadsheets
  • Support supplier onboarding and identification
  • Coordinate with stores to manage inventory for production
  • Assist in budget reviews and ensure procurement aligns with project goals
  • Provide input on current rates to the Estimating team
  • Assess tender returns and quotes to ensure best value
  • Reconcile materials and support finance with timely reporting
  • Contribute to quarterly reports and presentations
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with procurement systems (SAGE, Eque2 would be great but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
