About the Role:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll play a key role in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, providing professional advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance clients across a range of industries
  • Preparing new business quotations and renewal terms
  • Handling mid-term adjustments, policy queries, and claims support
  • Liaising with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry standards
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery
  • Supporting Account Executives with client management and retention

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a commercial insurance broking or account handling role (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of a broad range of commercial insurance products (e.g. property, liability, motor, business interruption, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to priorities a busy workload
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Cert CII or working towards (desirable)
